1. Where We Ship

We currently ship exclusively to the following European countries: Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Portugal, Greece, Switzerland, Denmark and Luxembourg. We do not ship outside these countries at this time.

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next available business day. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of purchase.

4. Shipping Costs

  • First Order: Free shipping for all first-time customers automatically applied at checkout
  • Subsequent Orders: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order value

5. Order Tracking

Every order is shipped with a tracking number. Once dispatched, you will receive your tracking information by email. You can also track your order at any time using our Track My Order page.

6. Shipping Delays

While we do everything possible to meet estimated delivery windows, occasional delays can occur due to customs processing, carrier disruptions, or high-volume periods such as holiday seasons. If your order has not arrived within the maximum estimated window please contact us immediately.

Important for Switzerland: Switzerland is not part of the EU customs zone. Orders to Switzerland may be subject to local import duties or VAT upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
