Hi, I'm Vishaldeep.

My journey started in Punjab, India. After the 10th class I moved to Italy with my parents, finished high school there and went to work in agriculture. That is where I learned what hard work and responsibility really mean, and what it takes to serve people reliably.

In 2014 I moved to Germany to build a new future. I joined a large wholesale company and spent years learning about products, logistics, wholesale trade and what customers expect from a business.

One thing stayed with me. Anyone looking for a gadget, a watch or a fragrance has to jump between websites, never sure which one to trust. Unclear descriptions, hidden costs, slow delivery, and nobody to ask.

I kept thinking: it should be simpler than this.

So I started Shopdiax in Markt Schwaben, Germany. One place for electronics, watches, fragrances, beauty products and everyday essentials, built on three promises:

• Products I'd buy myself. I check the supplier, quality and value. If I wouldn't buy it for my own family, it doesn't go in the shop.
• Honest information. Clear descriptions, prices and delivery details before you pay. No surprises.
• Fair returns. 14 days to decide, with a simple process.
